Available is a blade cover box for a 35mm TWCA Cam but with some light filing could fit a 40mm
 
The box base is made from a stunning light red mahogany and the top is made from the most gorgeous English walnut from Suffolk with a brass screw connecting the two.
 
Fits my 35mm TWCA Cam perfectly but some tweaking may be required on your own
