Available is a stunning 35mm fine tipped carving knife made from English yew
 
Blade: hand-forged from tooling steel and thermally processed to the hardness of 60°-61°HRC.

Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of Norfolk Yew with lovely spalted beech from Epping Forest with jet black East Anglian fens bog oak. Radio carbon dating has shown these ancient giant oaks to be around 3300BC. Other layers include Norfolk cherry
 
Leather: The knife is being sold with a handstitched leather slip. The leather is vegetable tanned so no nasty chemicals used in the process
