Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of hornbeam from Essex. Hornbeam is nicknamed "iron wood" because it is so hard and was often used for tool handles. Trim includes 5000 year old bog oak from the East Anglian fens
 
Comes with a handcrafted box base and Norfolk spalted beech box lid
