Blade: Carbon steel UHB20C 64 x 18 x 3,4 mm crafted by Maihkel Eklund in Sweden

Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of jet black East Anglian fens bog oak. Radio carbon dating has shown these ancient giant oaks to be around 3300BC. Other layers include English yew from Suffolk
 
The handle has been treated with my own blend of beeswax and tung oil
 
Leather: The knife is being sold with a handstitched leather slip. The leather is vegetable tanned so no nasty chemicals used in the process
