Available is a stunning 15mm chip carving knife made from Norfolk cherry
 
Blade: 15mm hand-forged from tooling steel and thermally processed to the hardness of 60°-61°HRC.

Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of Norfolk cherry with spalted beech and jet black East Anglian fens bog oak. Radio carbon dating has shown these ancient giant oaks to be around 3300BC.
 
Leather: The knife is being sold with a handstitched leather slip. The leather is vegetable tanned so no nasty chemicals used in the process
