Available is a stunning 40mm carving knife made from stunning ancient oak

This knife is heavily discounted as I accidently broke off the tip during production. With some care, patience and attention it can be re-profiled

Blade: O2 carbon steel. Hardness: 60hrc ±1. Blade length: 40mm

Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of ancient oak and trim inlcudes 5000 year old bog oak from the Norfolk fens. Carbon dating has aged these bog oak trees at 5000 years old.
