Available is a stunning old oak handle made from an old Victorian era chair from Fincham in Norfolk. I have kept the original curve and just added a faceted face to it
 
Use your own blade or purchase a blade from my web shop to create your own knife. If you would like a pilot hole for the knife tang drilled then please email me after purchase.
 
As an additional option for  small fee i can fit the blade to the handle.
 
To complete handle to desired condition will require drilling the required hole width and depth and epoxy glueing the tang
