Available is a stunning 40mm carving knife made from Elm burr and bog oak

Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of Elm burr from the woods of Norfolk
 
Additional trim includes bog oak which has been dug up from the Lincolnshire fens and carefully air dried then kiln dried before being quarter sawn to give a beautifully contrasting pattern.
 
Radio carbon dating has shown these ancient giant oaks to be around 3300BC.
 
Leather: The knife is being sold with a handstitched leather blade slip sheath.  The leather is vegetable tanned so no nasty chemicals used in the process
