Handle- The handle is made from English elm with a piece of ancient 4000 year old Lincolnshire bog oak
 
In the rear of the handle there is an additional brass pin inserted
 
The knife comes with a fitted handstitched leather sheath. The leather is a thick full grain veg tanned shoulder in a warm brown colour  The knife comes with a generous length of leath thonging .
 
To help keep your handle in good condition the knife includes a tin of Ash & Axe organic Cambridge beeswax and Norfolk Linseed oil wax.
