Available is a stunning 52mm carving knife made from Norfolk ash
 
Blade: Stainless steel X50CrMoV15 made by Laurin Metalli. The blade is brut de forge with a good edge but some honing required to get your desired edge.
 
Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of English Ash from Norfolk and trim includes 5000 year old bog oak from the  Lincolnshire fens. Carbon dating has aged these bog oak trees at 5000 years old. Additional trim includes cherry also from Norfolk
 
In the rear of the handle is inserted a piece of solid brass tubing and comes with additional length of hand cut vegetable tanned saddlery leather
 
Leather: The knife is being sold with a handstitched leather blade slip or a sheath is available as an option or contact me for further sheath options.
