Available is a stunning English oak extra long handled 50mm TWCA CAM

Please note: Sadly these NW knives are not included in the loyalty programme.

Knife blade: Hand forged by Nic Westermann. Twca Cam, 16mm x 3.5mm x 50mm internal diameter. The geometry of the edge of this blade is the same as in earlier versions of the twca cam, the edge being a continuous 50mm diameter, a concave inside face for ease of sharpening and a convex outside for a smoother cut.  A great blade for hollowing bowls and spoons.
