Available is a stunning English Walnut spoon carving knife
 
Blade: Made from 1095 tool steel and hardened / tempered to 55-60hrc. These are hollow forged, sharpened and ready for use. Hook diameter: 25mm average
 
The oak handle is beautifully figured and felled from a large Norfolk Walnut. 
 
The knife comes with a custom fitted handstitched leather blade sheath. The leather is a thick full grain veg tanned shoulder in walnut and is stitched using a saddle stitch in a red waxed thread colour.
