Available is a stunning 45mm carving knife made from layers of native UK woods
 
Blade: Wharncliff whittling blade. A knife blade made for whittling, 45 mm long. 9-10 mm wideThe blade is made from carbon steel, 26C3. The blade has been crafted in Sweden by legendary bladesmith Kay Embretsen.
 
Handle: The handle is crafted from stunning layers of woods from top bog oak, boxwood, bogoak, elm, bog oak, English oak, cherry bog oak, yew and lastly bog oak with brass pins.
 
Radio carbon dating has shown these ancient giant bog oaks to be around 3300BC.
 
Leather: The knife is being sold with a handstitched leather slip. The leather is vegetable tanned so no nasty chemicals used in the process
