Available is a stunning 60mm carving knife made from Mulberry and bog oak
 
Blade: The blade has been designed by Ash & Axe and handforged across the pond in the USA by an experienced bladesmith from 01 tool steel and is 35mm long with a scandi grind
 
Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of Mulberry felled near the coast in Essex. The handle has been waxed giving it a beautiful yellow/gold colour. Additional trim includes 5000 year old bog oak from Lincolnshire fens and spalted beech from Cambrsdgeshire.
 
The rear of the handle hasan inserted piece of brass lanyard tubing and comes with an additional piece of 1.2m long handcut leather thonging.
 
Leather: The knife is being sold with a handstitched leather blade slip 
 
To help keep your handle in good condition the knife includes a tin of Ash & Axe organic Cambridge beeswax and tung oil/ Linseed oil wax.
