Available is an ancient bog oak carver with hand forged  Nic Westermann blade.
 
Knife blade: Handforged by Nic Westermann 30mm. Straight blade- 30mm edge x 1.6mm x 6mm. A small, straight edged blade for detail carving. Forged with a slight distal taper into these blades , this results in a relatively delicate tip, not suitable for prying.
 
Handle: The handle is crafted from ancient 5000 year old bog oak from Lincolnshire.
 
The bog oak has been dug up from the Lincolnshire fens and carefully air dried then kiln dried. Radio carbon dating has shown these ancient giant oaks to be around 3300BC.
 
Additional trim includes English yew from Suffolk
 
Sheath: The knife comes with a leather blade sheath
