Available is a stunning 52mm carving knife made from old Essex elm
 
Blade: Stainless steel X50CrMoV15 made by Laurin Metalli. The blade is brut de forge with a good edge but some honing required to get your desired edge.
 
Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of Elm from Essex and trim includes 5000 year old bog oak from the  Lincolnshire fens. Carbon dating has aged these bog oak trees at 5000 years old. 
 
Leather: The knife is being sold with a handstitched leather blade slip or a sheath is available as an option or contact me for further sheath options.
