Available is a stunning 40mm carving knife made from stunning ancient spalted beech
 
Blade: O2 carbon steel. Hardness: 60hrc ±1. Blade length: 40mm
 
Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of spalted beech from an ancient tree in Essex. Trim inlcudes 5000 year old bog oak from the  Lincolnshire fens and walnut from Norfolk. Carbon dating has aged these bog oak trees at 5000 years old. 
 
Also included is a matching spalted beech and yew keyring with brass trimming and hand punched Ash & Axe branded leather tb made from French bull shoulder of leather.
 
Leather: The knife is being sold with a handstitched leather blade slip or a sheath is available as an option or contact me for further sheath options.
