Handle: English Mulberry burr from Suffolk
 
Blade: Designed by Ash & Axe and hand forged in England by Richard at Crafts & Tools. Forged from 1075 +cr steel and sharpened to a full scandi grind and hand polished for a mirror sheen. A beautiful all round blade.
 
Leather: The knife comes with a walnut colured 3mm thick shoulder of leather sheath. The leather has been cut by hand from the hide and custom fitted around the knife.
 
The leather has been stitched using a traditional method of saddle stitching using a 1mm waxed tan coloured thread,
 
The sheath also comes with a belt dangler handstitched in matching leather and a brass snap hook cast in England. All the leather has a black edging applied.
 
To help keep your handle in good condition the knife includes a tin of Ash & Axe organic Cambridge beeswax and Norfolk Linseed oil wax.
