Available is a stunning handcrafted Ash & Axe knife with a Ash & Axe designed blade
 
Blade: Designed by Ash & Axe and hand forged in England by Richard at Crafts & Tools. Forged from 1075 +cr steel and sharpened to a full scandi grind and hand polished for a mirror sheen. A beautiful all round blade.
 
Handle- The handle starts with a piece of English yew burr from Suffolk followed by 5000 year old bog oak from the Lincolnshire fens then English yew burr from Suffolk. Probaboly the best yew burr i will ever likely fell and process.
 
Leather- The knife is being sold with a handstitched leather sheath with belt dangler. The leather is a thick full grain shoulder in a dark tan colour and is stitched by hand using a saddle stitch with a thick tan waxed thread. In addition, there is also a handstitched leather blade slip when a full sheath is not alsways required.
 
To help keep your handle in good condition the knife includes a tin of Ash & Axe organic Cambridge beeswax and Norfolk Linseed oil wax.
