Available is a stunning 35mm carving knife made from stunning yew burr
 
Blade: The blade has been designed by Ash & Axe and handforged across the pond in the USA by an experienced bladesmith from 01 tool steel and is 35mm long with a scandi grind
 
Handle: The handle is crafted from a stunning piece of yew from the Cambridgeshire countryside after a storm on an Iron Age hillfort near the city centre with additional piece of yew burr as trim.
 
A brass lanyard tube has been inserted into the rear of the handle and comes with a 1.2m length of handcut thick leather thonging.
 
Leather: The knife is being sold as knife only but a handstitched leather blade slip or sheath is available as an option
 
To help keep your handle in good condition the knife includes a tin of Ash & Axe organic Cambridge beeswax and tung oil/ Linseed oil wax.
